What surfaces can the Smart Cleaner be used on?

The SmartLuxe™ Cleaner is versatile and works on various surfaces, including bathroom tiles, kitchen countertops, floors, bathtubs, and even carpets with the appropriate brush head. It’s perfect for deep cleaning different areas of your home or office!

Is the Smart Cleaner waterproof?

Yes! The SmartLuxe™ Cleaner is fully waterproof and can be used in wet conditions, such as cleaning bathroom floors or countertops. However, please ensure the charging port remains dry to protect the internal components.

Charge the Device:

Before using your SmartLuxe™ Cleaner for the first time, ensure it is fully charged. Plug the included USB charging cable into the device and allow it to charge for 3-4 hours until fully charged.

Attach the Desired Brush Head:

Choose the appropriate brush head for your cleaning task (soft brush for floors, scrubber for tiles, etc.) and attach it securely to the cleaner by aligning it with the connector and clicking it into place.

Turn on the Cleaner:

Press the power button to turn on the device. Select the cleaning mode (2 available modes: one for light cleaning and another for heavy-duty scrubbing) to adjust the intensity based on your needs.

Start Cleaning:

Hold the handle comfortably and move the SmartLuxe™ Cleaner across the surface you wish to clean. The automatic cleaning feature will do the work, making scrubbing and cleaning much easier.

Adjust as Needed:

Use the 360-degree adjustable handle to reach corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas with ease. For detailed spots, use the higher cleaning mode for better intensity.

Clean the Brush Head:

After use, remove the brush head and rinse it under water to remove dirt and debris. Allow it to dry before storing.

Recharge After Use:

Once you’re finished cleaning, plug the device back in to recharge for the next use.

Shipping generally takes 10-20 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 25 business days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
